A characterful farmhouse estate on the edge of Zundert has been transformed into a vibrant place, surrounded by nature, where people can live, stay, and connect. What began as a dream centered around a monumental farmhouse is now evolving into a versatile residential courtyard full of connection and meaning.
Today, the estate has become an atmospheric courtyard featuring a mix of seven life-cycle-proof owner-occupied homes and five charming rental apartments, located within the historic farmhouse. Everything at Wonen aan de Dreef is rooted in the original farmyard, preserving the rural tranquility and the open character of the location. It is a unique place to live, shaped with vision and co-created with its residents.
Overnachten is ook mogelijk op ons erf! Bij Slapen aan de Dreefin one of our tiny houses: cozy B&B rooms nestled in greenery. Here, you can truly unwind—with all the comforts you need and nature all around you. A unique overnight stay in an inspiring location! Ideally situated between Breda and Antwerp, on the edge of the Van Gogh National Park, a place that feels like coming home.
DE TOEKOMST – AAN DE DREEF.
Achter het woonhof wordt in de loop van 2026 een groene ontmoetingsplek aangelegd: Tuin aan de Dreef. Deze tuin wordt gevuld met eetbare planten uit de moestuin en biedt volop ruimte om te ontdekken, te leren en mee te groeien met de seizoenen. Het wordt een inspirerende plek waar je kunt genieten, leren én verbinden met de natuur.
Vanaf 2027 is het mogelijk om in te schrijven voor een wekelijkse groentekrat! Hoe dit werkt?
Iedere week kun je in de tuin een krat met krat met biologische groenten ophalen. Voor een vast bedrag per jaar heb je een abonnement op de groentekrat. Het seizoen loopt tussen maart en december. Heb je hier interesse in? Laat het weten via: tuin@aandedreef.nl.
Begin 2027 opent de monumentale Vlaamse schuur, het sociale en bruisende hart van het erf. Hier komt Dining at De Dreef: : een sfeervolle plek om heerlijk te eten en te ontspannen op het terras, met een prachtig uitzicht over de weidse tuin, waar de lokale producten groeien. Een ideale plek om te stoppen tijdens een fietstocht, voor een heerlijke lunch of een diner.
Daarnaast worden in de Vlaamse Schuur vergaderruimtes ingericht voor The Flemish Barn will also house meeting rooms for Meeting at De Dreef:. Een rustige, sfeervolle plek om in privéverband samen te komen, te vergaderen of te vieren, altijd met aandacht en rust.
Over the coming year, Aan de Dreef will continue to grow into a place where living, nature, hospitality, and connection come together. A contemporary place with deep roots in the past and a clear vision for the future.

Historic Heritage
Historic Heritage The long-gabled farmhouse and Flemish barn are steeped in history and bring the past to life. Where once there was a small mixed farmstead, a renewed and contemporary place will emerge from 2025 onwards.
Here, we will live and stay in a warm, atmospheric setting, always with respect for the rich heritage.

A peaceful spot on the edge of The village of Zundert, centrally located between Breda, Tilburg, and Antwerp.
Zundert is a vibrant village, known as the birthplace of Vincent van Gogh and home to the world’s largest flower parade, held annually.
Surrounded by greenery, the Oude Buisse Heide nature reserve is just a stone’s throw away from De Dreef.
